Complaints at Newborough Primary School
Our School Board reviewed and endorsed the revised school policy on complaints management. The aim of our complaints management process is to ensure that those with legitimate complaints can raise their concerns with the school and these are resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.
Our aim is to acknowledge complaints within five days and to resolve local complaints within fourteen days. The School Board monitors the complaints process but does not get involved in the nature of the complaint or resolution. The school has a process for recording and tracking official complaints.

If you do have an issue, concern or complaint please respectfully raise this with our staff as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly saving a lot of time and anxiety.
